Storage covers your clips and the source videos they came from. Your clips are kept for as long as your account is open; a project's source video is cleared 30 days after it finishes, or kept indefinitely if you turn on Keep source.

Before you paste anything
Does it post to my own channel, or yours?
Yours. You connect your own YouTube account through Google's consent screen, and Clipzle uploads to that channel as you. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which deletes the stored token. TikTok is connected the same way, but posts stay private to your account until TikTok grants our Direct Post audit.
Who owns the clips?
You do. Clipzle claims no rights over your source video or anything made from it. You are responsible for having the rights to the video you upload in the first place — a VOD of someone else's stream is theirs, not yours.
What can I paste in?
YouTube, Twitch and Kick VODs; TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Dailymotion, Streamable, Rumble and Loom links; a Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive share set to “anyone with the link”; a direct .mp4 on any host; or an upload from your machine.
Does it work on videos that aren't in English?
Yes. Speech is transcribed in whatever language it was spoken, captions render in that language's own script — Telugu, Hindi, Arabic, Japanese, Thai — and the titles, descriptions and hashtags come back in that language rather than translated into English.
How many clips will I get?
However many clear the score you set — that is the whole idea. A flat video returns two or three; a strong one returns a dozen or more, up to 40 per video. Nothing is padded to hit a number, and if nothing clears the bar you are told that instead of being handed filler.
How long does a long VOD take?
Roughly real-time-ish on the download, then a few minutes to transcribe and score. An 18-minute VOD ran end to end in about two minutes on production; a multi-hour broadcast is mostly download time. You do not have to wait on the page — the dashboard updates as it goes.
What happens to my source video?
It is archived so clips can be re-rendered without downloading again, then deleted automatically 30 days after the project finishes. Turn on "Keep source" for a project to hold it indefinitely, or delete the project to remove it immediately.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes — a year up front costs 10 months instead of 12, so two are free, and the toggle on the pricing page shows both. Credits still arrive monthly rather than as one lump at the start of the year, and if the launch offer is running when you sign up, the yearly price is built from the launch rate.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Payments are not refundable for partial periods or unused credits, except where the law requires otherwise.
What do credits actually buy?
Analysis is charged per hour of video, rendering per clip, and extras like dubbing or thumbnails per use — the full table is on the pricing page. A failed render or a failed post is refunded to your balance automatically, so you are never charged for work that did not happen.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it needs no card: 600 credits to start, then 150 every month. Free renders carry a watermark and export at 720p; paid plans do not.
Which sources can I use?
A YouTube video, a Twitch VOD, a Kick VOD, or an MP4 you upload. Live streams are not clipped as they happen — Clipzle works on the recording after the broadcast.
What languages does it work in?
Transcription and scoring handle whatever the video is spoken in. Captions can additionally be translated and dubbed into 12 languages, with the voice time-fitted to each line.
